To provide and bill for the Service, keep it safe (screening prompts and uploads, preventing abuse), give you support, send you the emails the Service needs (such as receipts), keep it reliable, and meet legal obligations.
We use these providers, who act on our instructions: Supabase (database and login), Cloudflare R2 (storing your uploads and results), RunPod (GPU processing of some jobs), fal.ai (hosted AI processing for our Studio quality features, lip-sync, voice cloning and motion videos), Anthropic (automated safety screening of prompts and photos, and our writing assistants), Stripe, Ozow and Kora (payments), Google (sign-in with Google), Resend (sending our emails) and WeWeb (website hosting). Some are outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States; we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Country look-up. To show you the payment methods that work where you are, we find the country of your connection. When the network does not tell us, we send your IP address to a free geolocation service (api.country.is, geojs.io or ipwho.is) and your browser asks Cloudflare's public trace page. We do not store your IP address, and we remember the answer for a few hours only.
We use your uploaded photos, videos and audio only to produce your result. Uploads and results are stored with our storage provider so you can open them again, until you ask us to delete them or you close your account. The AI providers listed above receive your files only to produce your result, and may keep them for a short time to deliver it, under their own terms. We do not use your uploads or results to train AI models, and we do not sell personal data.
Photos of faces and voice samples are used only to create the result you asked for. We do not use them to identify anyone.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Consent records are kept so we can show that permission was confirmed. Support emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or move it to another service. Write to [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from product emails with the link in any of them. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or, in South Africa, the Information Regulator.
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
We use only the essential storage that login and the app need to work, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
