Terms of Service

Last updated 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

VideoAI (the “Service”) is operated by KAWHUDS GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17092932), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Using the Service

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Credits and payments

Our tools use credits. The price of a run is shown before you start, and a step is charged only when it finishes: a step that fails is not charged. Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe; credits from packs do not expire, and credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If a job fails because of a fault on our side, the credits reserved for it are returned. Our Refund Policy explains the rest. We may change prices at any time; this does not affect credits you have already bought.

The Free plan. A new account receives 10 free credits, once, so that you can try the tools. What you make on the Free plan carries a Kawra watermark: a visible mark on pictures, videos and ads, and a short spoken tag on audio. Buying any credit pack ends the Free plan, and what you make afterwards is not watermarked; things you made earlier on the Free plan may keep their watermark. You must not remove, hide or crop out the watermark, or present a Free plan creation as if it were made without one. We may change the number of free credits given to new accounts at any time; credits already given are not taken back.

Monthly plans. A monthly plan is a subscription: you pay each month and it renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with Manage plan in the buy window; cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep the plan until then. Each month the plan gives you the number of credits shown when you subscribed. Credits from a plan are used before credits from packs, and any plan credits you have not used expire when the plan renews or ends. Credits from credit packs never expire and are never affected by a plan. If a payment fails, the plan does not give credits for that month until the payment succeeds. We may change the price or the credits of a plan; a change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it does. Buying a monthly plan also ends the Free plan.

Payment in rand. Customers with a South African bank account can pay for credit packs by Instant EFT through Ozow. The price in rand is the dollar price converted at the rate shown at checkout, rounded up to the next rand. The credits are added when Ozow confirms the payment. Monthly plans are paid by card only.

Payment in local money. Customers in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire can pay for credit packs through Kora in naira, shillings, cedis or CFA francs, by card, bank transfer or mobile money. The price is the dollar price converted at the rate shown at checkout, rounded up to the next whole unit. The credits are added when Kora confirms the payment. Monthly plans are paid by card only.

Payment methods by country. Card payment is available everywhere. Instant EFT is shown to customers in South Africa, and payment in local money through Kora is shown to customers in the countries where Kora works. Which of these you see depends on the country your connection appears to be in.

Changing your monthly plan. You can switch between monthly plans in Buy credits. A move to a bigger plan starts at once: you pay the difference in price for the rest of the current month, and the extra credits for that part of the month are added at once. A move to a smaller plan starts at your next renewal: nothing is charged or refunded now, and you keep this month's credits. Unused plan credits expire at each renewal; credits from packs never expire.

How long we keep your files. We keep what you create, and what you upload, for a limited time: currently 30 days on the Free plan, and 365 days once you have bought a credit pack. After that the files may be deleted and cannot be recovered, so please download anything you want to keep. We may change these periods.

4. Your content and consent

You must own, or have permission to use, everything you upload or point us to (photos, videos, voice recordings, text, product pictures). When you give us a web address, for example to make an advertisement, you confirm that you are allowed to use the text and pictures on that page. For tools that animate a face, lip-sync a person or copy a voice, every person shown or heard must have agreed to it, and a cloned voice must be your own or its owner must have agreed. You confirm this with the tick box before each run, and we keep a record of that confirmation.

5. What you may not do

  • Create sexual content or nudity, or any content that sexualises or endangers children.
  • Imitate a real person (their face, voice or likeness) without their clear permission.
  • Present an AI-generated person as a real customer, or invent testimonials, reviews or endorsements.
  • Create content designed to mislead people about real events or real people, including fake news footage.
  • Make claims in an advertisement that are false or misleading.
  • Harass, threaten or spread hate; or create graphic violence.
  • Break the law, or infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • Get around our safety checks or limits, resell access, or use the Service to build a competing AI model.

6. Automated checks

We screen prompts and some uploads automatically and may refuse a request or remove content. These checks are not perfect, and you stay responsible for what you create.

7. AI-generated content and advertising

Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected. If you publish realistic AI-generated content, you must follow the disclosure rules of the platform you post on (for example YouTube, TikTok or Meta) and any applicable law. If you use the Service to make advertisements, you are responsible for the claims in them and for following advertising rules where you advertise, including labelling AI-generated people where it is required.

8. Ownership and licence

You keep your rights in what you upload. Subject to these Terms and the licences of the AI models and services we use, you may use your results for personal and commercial purposes. Some results are made with third-party AI services, and their terms may also apply to those results. You allow us, and the providers that work for us, to process your content so we can run the Service for you.

9. Availability

Some features are in beta and run on shared GPU infrastructure or on third-party AI services. Results can take minutes, and we do not guarantee uptime or any particular quality.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise the Service is provided “as is”, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. If we end your account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund your unused credits.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, and using the Service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you have in your own country.
